Haskell County - Local Environmental Program

The Haskell County Local Environmental Program (LEP) became effective October 29, 2007. The LEP is administered by the Haskell County Conservation District. The District Manager of the Haskell County Conservation District is the administrating agent.

Before any work begins on an onsite wastewater system, contact the administrating agent and submit a completed permit form.
